Israel and America February 15, 2010 Sabra Farrell (LITTLE ROCK, AR, US) I highly recommend this book. It brings clarity to the connection between the United States of America and the nation of Israel. There is a Godly connection in that we are in a position to watch Bible Prophecy unfold before our eyes. This book is an excellent guide to prophecy.
makes you think April 8, 2008 D. Deines (N Myrtlr Brach, SC USA) 7 out of 11 found this review helpful
This book makes you think and pay close attention to current events regarding Israel. It increased my respect for the jews and their cause. It has been very successful in that end.
Good book...long winded December 24, 2008 Red Hill Mayor (usa) 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
The author shares some good points of what has and is happening. He has a tendency to repeat and ramble using up a lot of reading time. He could have conveyed the same amount of information in half the amount of pages. but the book was factual and very true. All in all it is still a good read.
A stunning corollary to make you think and wonder January 26, 2009 N. Wright 5 out of 6 found this review helpful
Every day brings news that makes you think, wonder and search for the Hand of God in daily events. This author writes well, clearly and concisively so that you take his words with you into your reading and study of the Scriptures. You will certainly double your prayers for America and Israel and wonder who is the new American president actually and what is his direction for the United States in connection with Israel.
be careful December 28, 2007 Henry David 16 out of 36 found this review helpful
This book focuses on correlations between natural disasters in America and foreign policy regarding Israel. McTernan obviously put a lot of time and research into documenting hurricanes, stock market crashes, plane crashes, tornadoes, etc., but relating each and every one of these to (for example) Yasser Arafat flying into New York to speak at the U.N. seems either far-fetched or contrived. And if God is punishing America so harshly for every little action against Israel that could potentially be viewed as negative (when in reality America is one of Israel's closest allies), why are other nations that genuinely hate Israel still around and thriving?
