Wake Up America !!!!!!!! April 5, 2009 Jacob Rubio (Reading, MA,) 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
After 9/11 there has been a great interest in Islam. I can attest to that personaly. This book opened my eyes to so many possibilities that is was scary. Joel really did his homework on this using history and religious history to come up with what I think is the best explanation of the Anti Christ I have seen. I am a theology student and Catholic, but I grew up a Jehovehs' Witness. Wake up people, this is as real as it gets !Islam is not a religion of peace but a religion bent on world domination. Convert or die is the Muslim history. I wrote a paper on the crusades and if anyone is interested in reading it shoot me a message. You will be surprised how much it has to do with this.

This book is a must read. If you would buy only one book this year, this must be it. I have not seen any other author so far that has been able to compose a book on eschatology with this amount of clarity and accuracy. Joel Richardson has it nailed from every angle.
He offers keen insights into Islamic eschatology based on Islamic sources. Rather than drawing his own conclusions from the Koran and Sunna, he shows what Islamic scholars have to say about the last days from the Islamic perspective. His understanding of biblical eschatology is startlingly accurate and he avoids many of the pitfalls of classic dispensationalist dogmatism. The parallels are stunning and revealing.
His conclusion is as penetrating as his study: pray. Pray, pray, pray and then pray some more. The details of the last days have yet to be revealed and if God's people will humble themselves and pray, who knows? Maybe God will turn and relent in His judgment.
the future is now September 30, 2007 Garrett Kikuyama (Hilo, HI USA) 12 out of 14 found this review helpful
The author compares end times events of Islam and Christianity side by side, the results are eerily earth shattering. Islam's Messiah is very much like the Anti-Christ. Islam's Jesus Christ is like the false prophet. Islam's Anti Christ is like Jesus Christ. Islam's claims:
1. Their Messiah will make a 7 year treaty with a descendant of the High priest Aaron.
2. They behead their enemies such as Christians(method of killing the 5th seal saints).
3. They seek world domination ruled by their Messiah.
4. They deny the Deity, Incarnation, and death and resurection of Jesus Christ. (In 1 John, this is the spirit of anti-christ).
Some rebuttals:
1. The Islamic messiah will demand worship of himself.
Rebuttal to above sentence: 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 (God will allow the people to be deceived by the anti-christ)
Convincing. Covers Daniel's prophecy about the various empires ruling Israel very well. This may be the real deal. Take it with a grain of salt.
Good Information October 25, 2007 Michael (Alaska) 12 out of 14 found this review helpful
The information in this book agrees well with the information I have read from both Islamic and Christian sources. Of course with the thousands of experts on both sides there will be disagreements from both sides. I picked this book up on Friday night and finished it the first time Saturday afternoon. It is captivating to see how the worlds two largest monotheistic religions have so much in common belief about the end times however the main three players in the end times have opposite rolls. The 'Islamic Jesus' cleared up for me how apostate christanity could join with Islam to form the last world order before the true Christ returns to fulfill the Biblical prophecies. While you may not agree with all of the theology, he gives forth a very plausible end times view.
Effectively meshes what Christianity & Islam are looking for August 7, 2006 Beezer 26 out of 33 found this review helpful
This author has to write under a pen name because of Islamic death threats. Yet he has the courage to speak truth and effectively show how Islam fits as the Anti-Christ in the last days. I was simply stunned to read his arguments and realize in numerous instances how they dovetail. For instance, "Hey! 7 yrs? reigning in Jerusalem? I recognize the 7 years from Christian teachings. There were several moments like that thru out the book. Well done research, and put forward with clarity. The biggest thing that impressed me though was the fact that at the end of the book he calls for Christians to pray for muslims in a day & age where there isnt a lot of tolerance, for others, in his case after death threats he is calling for prayer for the muslims. In todays climate I beg anyone with an urge to learn, to please read this book
