I am on the road a lot and sometimes miss my Bible Reading, this really is a wonderful way to stay connected to the Lord.

Highly recommend this CD for those who enjoy the stories of the Bible but lack the time to read. This narrator does an excellent job of making you feel like you are living the experience.

Vader reads the Bible, what could be better? In all seriousness, this is a nice and relaxing way to hear the Bible. It's definitely better to read the words for yourself, but not everybody enjoys reading. The music is pretty loud but it doesn't drown out his voice or anything. It's all instrumental. Go get it from a library if you feel like you're going to "waste your money."
The value lies in the words being read. I would be interested in hearing what someone thinks of this if they've never heard these books of the Bible before. I've read them before but not in a while.
Nice experience. Well worth the time.

I almost missed out on this masterpiece by paying attention to the reviews about the background music. I have listened to this several times, mainly in my car and let me tell you, you will not regret buying this item !! The background music is actually very soothing and Mr Jones's
rich tones makes the bible come to life. This was one of my best purchases so far.

Mr. Jones has a very distinctive voice. To hear God's word read with the soothing music and Mr. Jone's tone, is worth every penny you spend. It is wonderful to be able to hear God's word as I travel to and from work. Because truely in this day and time every spare moment we have, needs to be in the Lord's precious word, this is where we get our foundation to stand strong for Jesus. So yes, this pack of cds of The Holy Bible (New and Old Testament. King James Version) which is read by Mr Jones truly are a blessing.
