Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
Prophecy expert Mark Hitchcock deals with often-raised questions about America's future in this thoroughly researched, reader-friendly resource. Examining three prophetic passages that are commonly thought to describe America, Hitchcock concludes that the Bible is actually silent about the role of the United States in the End Times. He then discusses the implications of America's absence in prophetic writings. Along with Hitchcock's compelling forecast for the future, he offers specific actions Americans can take to keep their nation strong and blessed by God, as well as an appendix of additional questions and answers.

5 out of 5 stars A good handbook on Biblical prophecy...   July 8, 2003

The ascendance and assumption of power by the Antichrist is the subject of Mark Hitchcock's book "Is the Antichrist Alive Today?" Short and concise (105 pages), Hitchcock gets straight to the point by referencing Biblical prophecy and providing his commentary on the matter. Given its brevity, this would be a good book for a Bible study to focus upon, shoring up knowledge of the subject of end-times prophecy.

Definitely worth the time and effort!

Mark really opens your eyes to interpretations not many theologins tackle. My Latter-day perception was greatly affected by this 100 pg booklet. Buy this book and see where America may or may not b headed in Bible prophecy.

5 out of 5 stars A real page turner. Explains several viewpoints. Very good   June 16, 2002

I could hardly lay this book down. The author goes over several popular theories as to the mentioning of America in the Holy Bible. A case is thoughtfully made for each theory, then he points out his opinion on each one without cramming it down your throat. I am not sure I agree with his final conclusions, but I am convinced that this book is a must read if you are studying bible prophecy. I strongly recommend this book!

5 out of 5 stars Is America in Bible Prophecy   October 5, 2009
R. Ric (SouthPark Transfer, Wa.)
History has shown empires come and go, but until recently no one could have thought America would be a second rate power. Did George W. Bush unwittingly create the beginnings of the New Babylon Empire? Is Barrack Obama spending the U.S into a economic collapse? Timing is everything and the hardest to predict. Great Analysis.

I always wondered why we weren't mentioned in end time prophecy. This book gives the best senerio I've ever read, why America is not mentioned.
