| Customer Reviews: Very extensive and convincing look at Bible prophesy November 11, 1997 kjgilles@students.uiuc.edu (Tuscola, IL) 17 out of 18 found this review helpful
The book looks at the fulfilled and soon to be fulfilled prophesy surronding the second comming of Jesus Christ. It is a very detailed look at the methodolgy employed by God to show his people signs of the miraclous return of His Son. A must read for any serious Bible prophesy buff.
Learn about the coming judgement of Nations December 23, 2001 Bruce Gray (Shenandoah Valley, VA, USA) 12 out of 13 found this review helpful
Another of Jeffrey's earlier works, this book deals with explanations of many biblical prophecies that some people may find hard to understand. In "Apocalypse" you can learn about the biblical prophecies concerning America (yes, there are some!) why the early church believed in not only the Rapture, but a pre-tribulation rapture, what the final world church will look like and what it will do, what the "Mark of the Beast" might be and how to avoid it for as long as you can, What happened to the "lost" tribes of Israel (they're not as "lost" as you think!) and what happens if you're "Left Behind". A great book for beginners or advanced students of biblical prophecy, this book is recommended if you like any of the "Left Behind" books or Jeffrey's other works.
A good overview of Revelation August 12, 2005 T. E. Brown (Pflugerville, TX United States) 4 out of 5 found this review helpful
This book affords a good overview of many prophetic predictions outlined in the Book of Revelation. It favors the literal, premillenial interpretation of the second coming over more historical critical, allegorical interpretations. It's line of argumentation leads to the conclusion that there will be a supernatural transformation of the Earth and a literal resurrection of the dead occurring within the next 50 years.
